Hartford Jr. Wolf Pack Sign Kurt Reynolds from England
The Hartford Junior Wolf Pack are excited to announce that British hockey
player, Kurt Reynolds, will join the Hartford Junior Wolf Pack for the
2005-06 season. Reynolds a defensemen brings significant strength and
maturity to the team.Reynolds, is no stranger to North American hockey, as he played the 2003-04 season in Sault St. Marie for the AAA Soo Indians and last season for The Southern Ice Lightning AAA in Nashville, Tennessee.
Reynolds, born and raised in London, started playing Hockey at age 7. Since the age of 14, Reynolds has represented Great Britain at the national level. In the 2003-04 season, Reynolds played in Latvia for the World Championship, Division 1, under 18 age group. Reynolds' remarkable playing and agility awarded him the I.I.H.F. Best Player award for Great Britain.
Reynolds returned to the World Championship in 2004-05, playing in the Division 2, under 18 age group, when the team won the Gold Medal.
In December, Reynolds will once again be representing Great Britain at the World Championships in Romania, in the under 20 age group.
Reynolds is looking forward to the 2005-06 season with the Hartford Junior Wolf Pack. Additionally, Reynolds excited to be assisting in the development of some of the CT Clipper youth teams at the Champions Ice Arena.
