Junior Clippers make Team CT U17
Six players who played with the CT Junior "B" Clippers the past two season are traveling up to Yankee Festival. Jordan Thomas, Bill Strakosch, Justin Hara, Matt Maher, Matt Mule, and Mike Joy are all vying for spots on Team New England this weekend in Burlington, VT. Jordan Thomas made the team last season. Team New England will then travel to Minnesota for the National Festival. "We are very pleased that these players have developed in our system and are continuing to get recognition in the USA Hockey system." exclaimed Clipper Coach Brandon Johnson. "All of these players are excited about another opportunity to showcase themselves and their parent organization in front of many college and pro scouts this weekend like they did all winter playing Junior."
